We are excited to be celebrating our 16th birthday by launching our new website!Since this is the very first edition of the new Meter Mate monthly bulletin, we thought it would be most fitting to use this opportunity to say a special thank you to all our valued customers for supporting us over the last 16 years. It’s been a fantastic journey, made more special by having the privilege of working with such a varied portfolio of customers, ranging from large corporate property owners and investors, big name property management companies, sectional title body corporates, smaller property owners as well as our distributors and sub contractor’s channel. Without your support Meter Mate would not be the dynamic and successful business that it is today.
The past 12 months have been especially challenging for most businesses across all sectors in South Africa. At Meter Mate we have had to adapt to these difficult times, as we are sure you have had to do too. Our continuous efforts in improving and growing our business during the 2020/2021 pandemic years have made us significantly more resilient, and it’s only due to the exceptional support from our customers large and small that we have been able to continue along the path that we set ourselves back in 2006, and for this we are most grateful.
With this in mind, we are more acutely aware of the importance of strengthening relationships with our existing customers. The ongoing energy crisis in South Africa presents everyone with a unique set of challenges; at Meter Mate we’re committed to translating these challenges into opportunities by adapting our solutions and strengthening our resolve to provide a superior service to you, our valued customers.
At Meter Mate we sell solutions, not products, and we acknowledge the importance of continuously adapting our hardware and software offerings. By staying abreast of new technology that is globally available in the property utilities arena we can keep up with global trends. With this mind we look forward to launching new smart electricity, water and gas metering solutions and services in new business sectors in the coming months. Be assured that as we launch these new services, we will keep you abreast of developments.
As we move full steam ahead into 2022, we wish you all a positive and prosperous year. We look forward to continuing this journey together, growing from strength to strength as partners in South Africa’s continually evolving property sector.
