Meter Mate Metering was founded in 2006, originally as a CC and then later in 2018 converted to a Pty Ltd Company. Over the past 16 years we have built up a substantial portfolio of about 100 000 meters that we manage on a monthly basis. The level of tenants we service range from a rental of R1 500 per month, in the inner cities, to R60 000 in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg.
Our principal mission is to offer STS prepaid and state-of-the-art smart metering solutions for water, electricity and gas. Our revenue management systems allow tenants to monitor and control their own consumption, while offering property owners, property management companies and body corporates peace of mind in knowing their utility bills will be recovered by the revenue collected.
We offer the convenience of being able to purchase online through apps, websites, banking services as well as at retail outlets. Some of these include Pick n Pay, Checkers, Shoprite, Spar, Spaza Shops and Petrol Stations.
